Bu Sözleşme ("Sözleşme"), bir tarafta [RevelioApp], aşağıda "Şirket" olarak anılacaktır ve diğer tarafta bu hizmetleri kullanmak isteyen kullanıcı ("Kullanıcı" olarak anılacaktır) arasında imzalanır.
2. Kullanım Şartları
Kullanıcı, [RevelioApp] web sitesini kullanmak için bu Sözleşme'yi kabul etmelidir.
Kullanıcı, web sitesini kullanmak için aylık ücretlerin geçerli olduğunu ve dijital ürünlerin satın alındığı anda etkinleştiğini ve kanunen geri ödeme yapılamayacağını kabul eder.
Şirket, sistemin herhangi bir işlem için kesintisiz çalışmasını garanti etmez ve anlık hataların meydana gelebileceğini kabul eder.
Sisteme zarar verebileceği tespit edilen kullanıcının hesabı sonlandırılır ve ürünü kullanmış kabul edilirse geri ödeme yapılmaz.
Standart abonelik sonlandırma metni, kişisel kullanım verisi ve izinleri, GDPR izinleri ve sorumluluğunu içerir.
Şirket, saldırılara ve kimlik hırsızlığına karşı maksimum koruma sağlamayı taahhüt eder, ancak kullanıcıların olası sorunlardan kendilerinin sorumlu olduğunu belirtir.
1. Parties
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between, on the one hand, [RevelioApp], hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and, on the other hand, the user ("User") who wishes to use these services.
2. Terms of Use
The User must accept this Agreement to use the [RevelioApp] website.
The User acknowledges that monthly fees apply for using the website and that digital products become active upon purchase, with no legal right to a refund.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the system and acknowledges the possibility of occasional errors.
In the event that a user is determined to have caused harm to the system, their account will be terminated, and no refund will be provided if product usage is confirmed.
The standard subscription termination text includes personal usage data and permissions, GDPR consents, and liability.
The Company commits to providing maximum protection against attacks and identity theft but specifies that users are responsible for any potential issues.
